I cant talk any more highly about this place. First off, the customer service is phenomenal. Nicest people ever! Also the best price around for service, and fast too! I needed my lower control arm fixed, I was quoted 2 days (no worries) but next day, done! Fast, reliable, and just the best around....and its close to my house, so its not a far walk....LOL!

Buffalo Tire is always a great experience. The guys always go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. There is no upsell. There is no pressure. Just a business accomplishing exactly what you went in there for and with fair prices. While there is no upsell, if they find anything else wrong with your car that they notice, they'll just take the extra effort to make mention of it. No, pressure selling or creating some dire scenario. Just an honest opinion. For example, I had them replace a tire on my Jetta and they noticed the front control arm was shot. They just made me aware of it and even took me in the garage to show me what it was doing. Really no shady business or trying to pull wool over your eyes. So rare these days. Recently my wife had 3 tires put on that we already had in our garage. They got us in. The guy saw our 4 children in the shop and he offered to turn on the TV and show for them. Then after we finished, he offered a $10 gift card to Tim Horton's so our girls could enjoy something after they left. It was SO KIND. You RARELY see small businesses just going the extra mile like this. I also sent my wife and wasn't there. He could've tried to sell her anyting (she knows to run it by me first anyway, but it's just good to see businesses not do this). I've had two different vehicles serviced three different times there now and each experience has been great. This is a great small business. Keep making a difference in your industry Buffalo Wholesale Tire. Keep doing what you're doing. Keep being a staple in your community. I hope you get all the business in the area. You deserve it! Showed up today (Friday) needing four tires and alignment. Told me he couldn’t get me in until Monday sometime. Well, I was trying to figure out if I could make it possible he was able to squeeze me in and get me done today by closing. I will definitely Come here for all my tire needs for my other vehicles really appreciate getting me in today as fast as you could

I called having gone way too over on needing tires on my 2010 Kia Forte and not only did they get the exact brand of tires I like to run on all of my vehicles, but when asked how quickly could they get me in it was the very next day! Not only do they provide excellent service and new and used tires, they are at a price too good to pass up. Other shops couldn’t get me in for a couple weeks at the earliest and wanted a lot more money for quality tires or almost the same money for cheaper tires than what I got. As an added bonus, I usually wrench on my own vehicles and had a noise for a couple months that I couldn’t pinpoint the source of. I asked if while they had it on the lift did they notice… and before I could even get the sentence out they told me exactly what needed to be fixed. Can’t speak highly enough of this local business and will continue to spend my money with them.

I had a leak in my tire, thought I had it fixed but it wasn't unfortunately. Called & spoke to Anthony because I was thinking should get a used tire in place. He got me right in, mind you its a federal holiday too today. He was very honest, upstanding, upfront with everything. I do have really good tires & didn't want to have to get a different one put on either lol. So it was great he was able to plug it & he fixed it in less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend & will definitely tell everyone of my friends & family that live in the area to come here going forward. You can't beat it. No ripping off. No lying. No games. Much appreciated, thanks again Anthony!

I meant to leave this review a few months ago, but i couldn't remember this places' name until i found the receipt in my car. I was in the Buffalo/Niagara area from Toronto for the weekend and got a slow tire leak from a nail. I went to fill the tire and bent the valve stem, which gave me 2 leaks in the same tire. I googled the closest tire shop and found Buffalo Wholesale Tire and stopped by. I couldn't have found a better place. These guys were very helpful and honest. They patched the leak and replaced the valve stem and i was out of there in less than 30 or 40 mins for a lot less than i was expecting. If i could give this place 10 stars i would. Thanks very much!

I have been going to Buffalo Wholesale Tire for years. I first went there because I needed a set of tires to pass inspection. I didn't have much money for tires so I bought used tires. They were great tires. I like the mechanics and the business. I say that because I bought a set of new Hankook tires and had an issue with a bubble on the side wall within a month. They took care of my issue with kindness and understanding. I would recommend them because they are great with tires but more importantly they are real people that understanding real problems!

This was my first time venturing outside of my comfort zone when looking for a new place for tires. Normally, I would go to Firestone but their prices were diabolical this year. Buffalo Wholesale Tires were recommended to me by my friend. Once I gave them a call they were able to give different prices on new all season tires. They gave me their recommendations and they never forced me to go with one specific tire, which made it is easy to book an appointment. I took my car in for service and everyone there was amazing and greeted you with a warm smile and welcome. The service was professional and my tires look amazing. They have a waiting with Roku TV and I enjoyed watching a movie while eating my Tim Hortons. My car was ready within an hour and it drives smoothly with minimal noise. I highly recommend this establishment to all. Especially women who are afraid to do repair shops by themselves. I am one of those women 😂. They make it comfortable for all and there is an awesome young lady who works the front desk. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I have to say, I’m glad he referred me here because I had a great experience! Anthony, the manager, was incredibly nice and professional. Kaeli, who was managing the front desk, was also wonderful—friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth. It’s refreshing to see genuine, high-quality customer service, which is unfortunately rare these days. I love supporting small businesses, especially ones that support each other, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
